The standard resolution for projections is 1024x 768. Format your presentation for on screen show and always allow a 12 pixel border around the edges of your slide without text or graphics to compensate for projector overshoot.
When bringing files to a program where Audio Visual is provided -
It is always best to name your files starting with your last name first. Or directly behind the date you are presenting it to help keep files organized on your computer. After that you may include the meeting name or topic. Be sure to carry a copy of all your graphics and videos in the event they need to be re inserted.Mac Users -
